Shipping policy

Orders placed Tuesday - Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday! We mail out once a week to save the customers MONEY!

Multiple Orders in the above stated time frames can be shipped together for CHEAPER SHIPPING

For US customers:

All orders are processed within 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Multiple orders placed from one individual during our shipping window are subject to receive refunded shipping on SOME orders, purchaser will pay the most expensive shipping rate and be refunded some or all of the remaining shipping charges.

Shipping Charges: weights are determined at time of purchase and may be subject to differences based on packaging used and shipping conditions (hits only or bulk+hits)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hypnohitscustomerservice@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
